Sweet Potato Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 to 1/2 c. thin cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
3/4 c. grated coconut
1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation

Add the cream to the potatoes, being careful not to use too much; add the sugar, salt, beaten egg and coconut.
Let stand until cool.
