Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 c. sharp Cheddar
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. sausage (I prefer hot)
    6 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear up bread and put in casserole or baking dish. Brown sausage and drain.
    Put over bread.
    Sprinkle cheese over it. Beat eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper together.
    Pour over other mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Cheese will rise to top during baking.
    Best to let stand 10 minutes before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
