Sweet Sour Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    2 c. celery
    1 c. onions
    1 c. green peppers
    1 small jar pimentos
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white vinegar
Preparation
    Drain and rinse sauerkraut in a colander; drain well.
    Cut finely the celery, onions, green peppers and pimentos.
    Mix all together.
    Add sugar and white vinegar.
    Refrigerate overnight before serving.
