Grilled Dijon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. Dijon style mustard
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
dash of crushed red pepper
Preparation

In medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, except chicken; stir until thoroughly combined.
Add chicken; turn to coat with mayonnaise mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
Arrange chicken on broiling rack, being sure to coat chicken well with mayonnaise mixture.
Broil for 10 minutes per side and serve.
