Ingredients

9 uncooked lasagna noodles
1 can pizza sauce
1 can diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
7 oz. sliced pepperoni
1 small jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 small can sliced ripe olives, drained
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease 9 x 13 glass baking dish. In medium saucepan, combine pizza sauce and tomatoes; cook until heated through. In medium bowl, combine Ricotta and Italian seasoning.
