Mexican Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks
    1 vanilla bean
    3/4 c. dark roasted ground coffee
    10 c. cold water
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    dark brown sugar
Preparation
    Place cinnamon and vanilla in coffeepot.
    Brew coffee according to coffeepot manufacturer, using the cold water. Discard grounds.
    Whip the cream, adding brown sugar to taste until stiff.
    Pour coffee into cup; top with whipped cream.
