Flaky Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour, unsifted
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. Crisco
1/3 c. half and half
Preparation
-
Blend
flour,
salt
and
Crisco thoroughly with pastry blender.
Add
liquid and mix with fork.
Toss 1/2 of dough on well-floured
pastry
cloth.
Roll lightly outward from center until right size of pie tin.
Dough should not stick either to pastry
cloth or rolling pin.
Use sufficient flour to prevent this.
