New York Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

graham cracker crust
2 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat together cream cheese and sugar until light and smooth.
Beat in eggs, vanilla and cornstarch only until thoroughly mixed.
Stir in sour cream until well blended. Pour into crust which has been pressed into 9-inch springform pan and prebaked for 8 minutes.
Bake cheesecake 45 minutes.
Allow to cool in oven with door propped slightly open for 3 hours.
Chill.
