Ice Tea - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    3 qt. water
    1/2 c. loose tea
    3 sprigs mint
    3 lemons
Preparation
    Boil sugar and 1 cup water to make a syrup.
    Boil 3 quarts of water and pour over loose tea. Let stand 3 minutes. Strain over 3 sprigs mint.
    Add syrup to tea. When cold, add juice of 3 lemons.
