Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed golden mushroom soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    generous dash of pepper
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients except water; mix thoroughly.
    Shape into 6 patties; place in 14 x 10 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup and water; pour over meat and bake 10 minutes more.
    Makes 6 servings.
