Caribbean Turkey Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 turkey wing portions (about 3 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    4 scallions, chopped
    4 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. distilled white vinegar
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients, except turkey, in food processor or blender and process until thoroughly mixed.
    Pour mixture over wings and marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven about 1 hour, basting occasionally, turning once, or until no longer pink on the inside.
