Krispie Kubes(Crispy, Crunchy And Light!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fruit sweetener
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. instant mashed potato flakes
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. crispy rice cereal
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine fruit sweetener and peanut butter. Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes.
    Add mashed potato flakes and vanilla; cool slightly.
    Stir in rice cereal.
    Press into 9 x 9-inch Teflon coated pan.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
    When cool, cut into squares.
    Makes 20 bars.
