Spring Chicken Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. uncooked angel hair pasta
1 lb. asparagus
8 chopped dried tomatoes (no oil)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. yellow pepper
3/4 c. red onion
2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. sliced chicken
3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
1/2 c. fresh basil
2 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
-
Boil 2 cups chicken broth with 1 1/2 cups sliced chicken.
Add vegetables and cook until tender.
Cook pasta and toss vegetables and chicken with cheeses.
Toss all together.
Serves 4 to 6.
