Okie Guacamole Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 avocados
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped (optional)
    1 Tbsp. onion, grated
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    4 to 5 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled (optional)
Preparation
    Mash avocados (about 1 cup when mashed) until smooth, combine with all ingredients except bacon.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, add bacon and stir well, top with a few bits of remaining bacon. Serve with tortilla or corn chips.
