Do Ahead Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 lb.) single cut beef brisket
    2 jars beef gravy
    1/2 c. oil/vinegar salad dressing or Italian
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
Preparation
    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil in both directions.
    Place meat in center, fat side up.
    Sprinkle onion soup and salad dressing over meat.
    Cover with 1 jar of gravy.
    Fold foil to envelope meat.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Remove from oven.
    Slice meat across grain and return to gravy.
    Refrigerate overnight.
