Chicken And Sausage Jambalaya - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned
1 lb. smoked pork sausage
1 stick butter
1 tsp. Cavender's greek seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper
3 bay leaves
1 tsp. thyme
1 can diced tomatoes
2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
3 large onions, chopped
minced garlic, equivalent to 4 cloves
3 c. uncooked rice, white or brown
Preparation

In large pot, melt butter and saute onions until translucent. Add all seasonings, including worcestershire sauce.
Cook another 2 minutes.
Add sausage, chicken, rice, and diced tomatoes with 4 cups of water.
Stir well.
Cover and cook until rice is done. Rice will soak up most of liquid.
If appears to be getting too dry before rice is done, just add more water.
