Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 can water chestnuts, cut small
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
2 pkg. Waverly or Escort crackers
1/2 stick oleo
Preparation

Crush crackers (1 package) and spread on bottom of the cake pan.
Mix both soups and sour cream.
Add chicken and chestnuts. Spread out in the cake pan and crumble other package of crackers on top.
Melt oleo and drizzle over top.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
