Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 soup can milk
1 large bag Doritos chips
grated cheese
Preparation

Brown meat.
Add onion.
Add soups, sauce, chilies and milk. Place Doritos in bottom of large casserole dish.
Pour meat sauce over chips.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Alternate in layers, ending with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
