East Point Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. each: dehydrated onion and parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. chopped pimento (optional)
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
dash of pepper
3 beaten egg yolks
3 egg whites
Preparation

Add bread crumbs, melted butter, onion flakes, parsley flakes, pimento, seasoning salt and pepper to salmon.
Toss together lightly.
Add egg yolks, mix and then fold in beaten egg whites. Put in a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a moderate 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
