Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unwhipped cream
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
3 large apples, grated
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar together, then add cream and pineapple. Cook over medium heat until thick.
Add butter.
Let sauce cool. Mix apples in cooled sauce.
Top with cherries for color.
