Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 to 4 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. sugar
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Preparation

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Put in baking dish which has been sprayed with oil.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and put on topping.
