Olive-Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. ripe olives, chopped and well drained
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
pecan halves
Preparation
-
Blend cream cheese, Swiss cheese, Parmesan cheese, olives and chives.
Form into ball and chill well.
Press pecans onto ball. Serve surrounded by crackers.
