Hot Green Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. chopped hot peppers (about 15)
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 bottle Certo
green food coloring
Preparation

Put vinegar and chopped peppers in blender; chop very fine. Put peppers and vinegar in a saucepan and bring to a rolling boil; stir in sugar, continue boiling until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and strain.
Put strained mixture back in a saucepan and add Certo and food coloring.
Bring back to a boil, stirring constantly; boil for 1 minute.
Put in jars and seal.
