Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. broccoli
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut broccoli and cook until tender.
    Saute onion in butter. Drain broccoli; add onion and butter.
    Add rice; mix in cream of mushroom soup.
    Mix all ingredients good.
    Pour into baking dish. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven to melt cheese.
