Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. water
2 c. raisins
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
6 pkg. Equal
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. soda
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cook raisins until water is almost gone.
Cool completely. Add remaining ingredients; mix well and bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
