White Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 sticks butter (use part margarine)
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    7 eggs
    3/4 c. bourbon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    5 c. sifted flour
    4 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 fresh grated coconut
    1 lb. candied pineapple, chopped
    1 lb. candied cherries, chopped
    1 lb. white raisins
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add eggs to butter and sugar and mix one egg at a time.
    Measure together bourbon and vanilla.
    Then sift dry ingredients together.
    Add dry ingredients alternately with bourbon and vanilla to egg, butter and sugar mixture.
