Tomato Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    parsley (for garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix tomato sauce, sugar, salt and 3/4 cup boiling water in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.
    Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole and place the bread cubes in it.
    Pour the butter over the bread and toss to coat bread. Pour hot tomato sauce over the bread and bake 30 minutes.
    Garnish with parsley before serving.
    Serves 6 to 8.
