Sweet And Sour Appetizers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
minced dried onion and celery salt to taste
1 lb. cocktail franks
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. barbecue sauce
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
Preparation

Mix beef, onion and salt.
Form into small meat ball.
Fry or bake and drain.
Mix preserves and barbecue sauce in large pot and heat until thoroughly mixed.
Add meat balls and franks to sauce and simmer 20 minutes.
Add pineapple and heat.
Serve about 60 appetizers.
