Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baking potatoes
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. plain, unsweetened, low-fat yogurt
    1/4 c. low-fat American cheese, shredded
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.\tPlace potatoes on paper towels in a circle in the microwave.
    Microwave on high, 12 to 14 minutes, turning once during cooking time.
    Cut potatoes in half.
    Scoop out pulp into a large bowl.
    Mash potatoes.
    Mix in milk, and add yogurt.
    Stuff potato shells with mixture.
    Top with cheese and a dash of paprika.
    Put in microwave for 30 seconds more.
    Serve immediately.
