Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 onion
    1 large jar spaghetti sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 lb. dry cottage cheese
    1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown beef and onion.
    Add sauce and simmer for a few minutes. Add cottage cheese and set aside. Boil the noodles for a few minutes.
    Drain.
    Layer in a 13 x 9-inch dish as follows:
    sauce, noodles and cheese until all gone. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
