Nacho Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 boned, cooked chicken
6 corn or flour tortillas or nacho chips (small pkg.)
1 can tomatoes and chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (for top)
Preparation

Set chicken and tortillas aside.
Mix all other ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cut or tear tortillas in 2-inch pieces and line a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been wiped with oil first. Spread chicken pieces on top of tortillas; pour mixture over chicken and tortillas.
Do not stir.
Cover with 1 cup shredded cheese and bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
