Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 egg yolks, beaten slightly
1/2 c. key lime juice
6 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
Combine egg yolks and condensed milk, mixing well.
Add lime juice; blend well.
Turn into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whites and gradually add sugar.
Swirl onto pie spreading to edge of pie shell all around.
Bake in 300\u00b0 oven until meringue is pale honey-colored.
