Ingredients

6 to 8 c. thinly sliced Jalapeno peppers
2 qt. vinegar
4 c. sugar
1 pt. water
Preparation

Pack peppers in clean sterilized jars. Mix next 3 ingredients in a sauce pan. Bring to a hard boil, pour over peppers. Seal with hot lids. These are good to eat with chip dip and corn chips or use as very hot pepper sauce.
