Ultra Open-Faced Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 English muffins, split and toasted
Preparation
    Combine meat, 1/4 cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons cheese and seasonings; mix lightly.
    Shape into 4 patties.
    Broil on both sides to desired doneness.
    Combine remaining sour cream, cheese and parsley in small saucepan; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
    Serve patties on muffin halves.
    Top with sour cream mixture.
