Healthy Oat Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. oat bran
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg
1 c. (1 medium) apple, chopped
1/2 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
In large bowl, combine flour, oat bran, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
In small bowl, combine milk, oil, orange peel and egg.
Blend well.
Add milk mixture all at once; stir just until moistened.
Stir in apple, dates and walnuts.
