Turkey Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. turkey broth
    3/4 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced turkey
    4 oz. cooked spaghetti
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute pepper and mushrooms.
    Add flour, then broth; cook until thickened.
    Add cream, sherry, salt and turkey.
    Fold in cooked spaghetti.
    Cook in shallow casserole and top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
