Crisp Onion-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into quarters
Preparation
    In shallow baking dish, blend all ingredients, except potatoes.
    Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly.
    Bake, stirring potatoes occasionally, about 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Garnish, if desired, with chopped parsley.
