First Place Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. process cheese
    1 c. butter
    5 1/2 c. 10x sugar
    3/4 c. cocoa
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Melt
    cheese
    and butter in saucepan; mix well.
    Stir in 10x sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
    Beat at medium speed of electric mixer; stir in pecans.
    Spread
    in
    buttered

    1/2 x 12-inch pan. Chill for 2 hours or until firm.
    Yields: 3 1/4 pounds.
