One Dish Meal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1/3 to 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. diced carrots
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 c. water
    1 can tomato soup
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place in large baking dish in order given.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours.
