Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. boneless chicken
1 stick butter
2 c. water
1/2 onion
1 8 oz. box rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Cut up chicken into strips, chop onion and place in a 9 inch by 11 inch pan.
Pour water over, cover with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven add butter rice and cream of chicken soup, bake an additional 30 minutes.
Cool for a few minutes before serving.
