Low Calorie Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, shredded
    2 pkg. beef bones
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 c. green onions
    1 c. green bell pepper
    1 c. chopped celery
    seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Place beef bones in large pot with water to cover.
    Let them boil with some of the same seasoning until tender.
    Remove meat from bones.
    Put meat in pot with stock from meat, about 2 cups of more.
    Add the cabbage and more seasoning, if needed.
    Cook 3 or 4 minutes.
    Very good with hot water cornbread with jalapeno peppers.
