Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo, melted
1 c. water
3 tsp. cocoa
2 c. flour, sifted
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. broken nuts
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
Bring to a boil and set aside. Combine flour, sugar, salt, soda and nuts.
Mix with cocoa mixture, stirring well.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs and sour cream until smooth. Add to flour mixture.
Bake in a large, well-greased sheet pan for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Punch holes in cake with a toothpick and pour icing over cake.
