Pear Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can pears
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain juice from pears.
Save juice and bring it to a boil. Add to Jell-O, stir well.
Chill until partially set.
With mixer, beat pears and cream cheese until well blended.
Add partially set Jell-O and pecans to cheese and pear mixture.
Stir well.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Chill for several hours.
