Corn Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. cornmeal
2 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
2 beaten eggs
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients thoroughly.
Add eggs and milk.
Mix until moistened.
Pour in greased muffin pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
Yield: 1 dozen.
