Vermouth Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into pieces
    3/4 c. dry vermouth
    juice of 2 limes
Preparation
    Mix together vermouth and lime juice.
    Pour over chicken and marinate 1 to 2 hours.
    Put chicken pieces into roasting pan. Pour marinade over the chicken.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 until done, about 1 hour.
