Mock Sweet Breads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. ground veal or hamburger
    2 c. crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Mix and let stand overnight (in refrigerator).
    Make into patties; roll in flour and brown.
    Place in baking pan.
    Pour cream of mushroom soup over patties.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
