Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
    chopped onion
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. Harry and David's pepper and onion relish
    dash of hot Mexican chili powder
    2 packs McCormicks original chili mix
    chili powder to your taste
    3 cans kidney beans
    shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; season with salt, pepper, garlic and chopped onion.
    Add chili powder to your taste.
    Add meat to sauce and cook slow for 3 hours.
    Add kidney beans and cook for another 1/2 hour.
    Before serving, sprinkle with shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
