Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can enchilada sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 large bag Doritos, crushed
    sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and drain.
    Mix enchilada sauce with soups and tomatoes.
    In a large casserole dish, layer 1/2 the meat, 1/2 the sauce mix, 1/2 chips and 1/2 cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 in covered casserole for 25 to 30 minutes. Delicious over salad or can be served alone (casserole is only slightly hot).
