"Sweetish" Meatballs And Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 slice bread
2 eggs
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 chopped clove garlic
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. oregano
3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. ketchup

Preparation

Meatballs:
Soak bread in water or milk to cover.
When completely soaked, wring liquid from bread.
Add to meat and other ingredients, except brown sugar and ketchup.
Mix well.
Shape into meatballs.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
