Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli, broken into florets
    8 large, fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 chopped bell pepper
    3 chopped celery stalks
    1 head cauliflower, broken into florets
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Combine broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, pepper, and celery, then toss lightly.
    Combine remaining ingredients; mix well and pour over vegetables.
    Chill and let set several hours or overnight.
    Mix again once or twice.
